Order shipping will be processed within 1-2 business days depend on your area. International transactions can be possible to experience delay because of the custom clearance of the government country.   The good thing is  you can track your order through the page or by sending SMS through message tracking link.

DELIVERY PROCESSING

The Shipping Courier will notify you a message before they deliver your order. Please be assure of your contact information so that it will cause the delay of your order.   If additional information needed you will be notified via phone or email.

Please Note: To report any damage that occurred during delivery, our office must be contacted within the first 48 hours of receiving your product. For your protection please inspect your package at the time of delivery and do not sign for or accept any shipping container with external damage.

 Return Policy

We only have 1-7  return days of your item. We strictly say that if the return coverage has ended it will not be accepted.

HOW WOLD BE ABLE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

 The following area are the valid return reasons of returning an item to Shineksa:

DEFECTIVE ITEM

 – The item (e.g electronic items) you received is not working properly

WRONG ITEM

 –  The item you received is an incorrect product or it is not what you ordered

MISSING ACCESSORIES

 –  The order you received has missing part/s or accessories.

DAMAGED

 –  Received items were visibly damaged such as broken pieces, torn packaging etc.

WRONG SIZE

 – Size of the item received is different from the size of the ordered item .

PLEASE TAKE NOTE:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to customer
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
